Walmart store back in 2019 has

agreed to pay more than $5

Million to the Victims families

. It's unclear, though, if he

has any assets to actually pay

up, prosecute, say Patrick

Crusius drove more than 700

miles from his home in Dallas to

a Walmart in El Paso, where he

targeted Hispanic customers both

inside and outside the store

back in 2018. This past July,

Crusius was sentenced to 90 life

sentences after pleading guilty

to federal hate crimes charges.

He still faces state charges,

but no trial date has been set

in the case for whistleblowers
